Gutting the Interior
One of the first steps toward building Simone's was gutting out the interior and getting the space ready for the interior build-out.

The garage seemed more spacious once the old vehicles and detritus were removed.
Two patterns of tin ceiling were present on either side of the first floor. The original building undoubtedly hosted two different storefronts; Simone's now occupies both spaces. This picture looks toward the back of the building along the east wall.
